IQPC organises more than 1,500 events annually worldwide and has steadily expanded over the years into an international and reputable organisation. Conference producers are a vital part of the events industry. In a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team and company, within a growing portfolio of events, the producer will work on a mixture of innovative online and live events.
The producer will be responsible for liaising with teams across the company in the run-up to ensure that the event reaches its full commercial potential. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics, and recruit high-level speakers.
- Creating and writing cutting-edge content and recruiting senior level executives to your conferences.
- Project managing events from concept to delivery – setting the vision and seeing it come to fruition.
Requirements:
- At least one year of Conference Production experience.
- Research-based bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects.

- A hybrid work environment with an office in central London (3 days in office / 2 days at home).
