The International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC) is devoted to creating and executing content-driven B2B conferences for senior executives globally. IQPC is an entrepreneurial business and a market leader in the conference field, recently celebrating our 50-year anniversary.
IQPC provides business executives from around the world with access to tailored conferences, large scale events, virtual events, and digital content, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. IQPC leverages a global research base of best practices and customers to produce an unrivalled portfolio of market-leading "must attend" events in every industry.
Conference producers are a vital part of the events industry. They have an integral role from the inception of the event, through to concept, and running it on the day. In a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team and company, within a growing portfolio of events, the producer will work on a mixture of portfolios, including the Chief AI Officer Exchanges, Chief Transformation Officer Exchanges, and Future of Finance & CFO Exchanges.
The producer will be responsible for research, recruiting senior-level speakers, writing agendas, and liaising with teams across the company in the run-up to ensure that the event reaches its full commercial potential. It is a very varied, demanding, and rewarding role.
Daily tasks will include:
- Conduct telephone and web-based market research to identify and evolve conference topics, and recruit senior-level executives as speakers
- Create and write cutting-edge content for event agendas and portfolios
- Develop event agendas and marketing materials to promote events in your portfolio
- Build a gripping narrative around all of your events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally
- Collaborate with our internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to create successful events
- Project manage events from concept to delivery – Set the vision and see it come to fruition
- Deliver in-person conferences on-site. Travel domestically and internationally to represent IQPC and support an outstanding customer experience
