Salary: 28,000 plus bonus

As part of the marketing team, you will play an important role in driving attendance, engagement and commercial success across our exhibition portfolio. You will work on campaigns designed to attract high-quality visitors, engage industry audiences and support exhibitors and sponsors in achieving their objectives.
The role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and seeing the direct impact of their marketing activity on the success of an event.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As a Marketing Executive , you will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for our exhibitions and events.
Specifically, the role involves:
Planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive visitor registrations and engagement for exhibitions and events.
Using a full range of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, online PR, SEM and digital advertising .
Creating and promoting engaging content to attract relevant audiences and generate high-quality leads.
Writing compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, social media, websites, promotional materials and other marketing collateral.
Working closely with exhibition, sales, content and operations teams to ensure campaigns support overall event and commercial objectives.
Supporting the development of creative marketing campaigns that increase awareness, attendance and engagement.
Managing campaign activity across multiple events and deadlines, ensuring all marketing is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise activity and improve results.
Supporting the development of audience databases and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right people with relevant messaging.
Contributing ideas to improve visitor acquisition, engagement and overall event performance.
Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful exhibitions and achieve agreed attendance, lead generation and revenue targets.
Desired Skills and Competencies
Educated to degree level, ideally within Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline , or equivalent practical experience.
1+ years' marketing experience preferred , ideally within B2B, events, exhibitions or a commercially focused environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing copy.
Confident using digital marketing channels and social media.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-led decisions.
Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time-management skills.
Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative, commercially minded and proactive, with a willingness to bring new ideas to the table.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine team-player mentality.
Detail-focused with a strong eye for quality and accuracy.
Self-driven, results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
