You will serve as a trusted partner to Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and data-driven solutions. In addition to core responsibilities, this role includes line management of the Junior Business Systems Administrator, providing mentorship, workload oversight, performance input, and day-to-day guidance to support their development and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Exposure to interconnected platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Celigo, Atlassian, Power BI, and Power Automate is highly advantageous. This role is ideal for a highly motivated systems professional seeking greater ownership, influence, and breadth across a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. You will have substantial opportunities to deepen your systems expertise, contribute to strategic projects, and shape the business systems landscape as we continue global expansion. This is a hybrid role with at least two to three days per week in our Cambridge office.

  • Salesforce Administration (Core Requirement): Own and manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including declarative configuration, automation (Flows), reporting, data management, permission models, and user support. Ensure Salesforce evolves in line with cross-functional business needs, maintaining architecture integrity and best practices. Support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success with insight-driven enhancements that improve productivity and data quality.
  • Systems Ownership & Enhancements: Contribute to the optimisation and evolution of business systems including Oracle NetSuite, Celigo integrations, Atlassian tools, Power BI, and Power Automate. Work closely with the Head of Business Systems on roadmap delivery, integrations, and system improvements. Support release cycles, UAT planning, solution testing, and controlled deployment into production.
  • Data, Reporting & FP&A Support: Analyse operational and financial data to generate actionable insights for leadership. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models across Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI platforms. Strengthen financial reporting by supporting budgeting cycles, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks. Champion data quality, governance, and cross-system consistency.
  • User Support, Enablement & Documentation: Provide high-quality 2nd-line technical and functional support across business systems. Create training materials, deliver onboarding sessions, and promote system adoption. Maintain high-standard documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and governance processes.
  • Line Management of Junior Business Systems Administrator: Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and workload prioritisation. Conduct regular check-ins, coaching, and skill development planning. Review quality of work, offer feedback, and support performance development processes. Ensure alignment of their work with team objectives, processes, and standards.
