Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex formulas, data modelling, and strong VBA scripting experience.
Proven background in data manipulation, cleansing, and large-scale data conversion.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, ideally including:
- Understanding of Salesforce data schema/objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, etc.)
- Experience working with Salesforce data exports/imports, deduplication, validation, and field mapping.
Strong understanding of SaaS commercial metrics, e.g.:
- ACV / ARR
- Contract terms
- Renewal structures
- Product & pricebook structures.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Atlassian Jira administration (custom fields, workflows, bulk updates).
- Prior work with SaaS companies or subscription-based business models.
Project Work:
- Cleanse, map, restructure, and prepare datasets ahead of import.
- Support product and pricebook data alignment.
- Excel Pricebook Development: Refine a structured Excel-based pricebook.
- Implement logic, automation, and calculations using advanced formulas and VBA.
- Ensure compatibility with Salesforce product/pricebook architecture.
