About the role

As the HR System and Compensation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead on a wide range of activities. You will operate as a SME for our HR and Payroll system I-Trent looking for opportunities for improvement, whilst supporting the implementation of our compensation strategy for the business.

  • HR and payroll system business owner
  • Liaise with supplier to resolve HR and payroll system queries or issues
  • Ensure that HRIS (i-Trent) functionality is fully utilised driving continuous improvement to support the business e.g. dashboard maintenance and enhancement, compliance management, reporting and analysis of HRIS
  • Manage system updates such as new holiday year process etc. and ensure processes are kept up to date to reflect HR policies, processes and legislation
  • Design, develop and maintain HR MI reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business, using Excel, Power Bi and other reporting tools, automating where possible.
  • Produce the monthly HR pack for the HR team, ensuring accurate information
  • Provide data and analysis to support regular and ad hoc key HR analytics as required, including talent priorities, business reviews, turnover/retention, headcount reporting, engagement, sickness absence and regulatory documents (e.g. Gender Pay Gap Reporting)
  • Generate and analyse HR data to support decision making and compliance
  • Create and maintain system documentation to enhance user proficiency and assist with data cleansing, system updates, migrations, integrations, and data uploads
  • Support the delivery of the Global Reward Strategy
  • Lead on various reward projects and BAU activities such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting
  • Lead on annual benefit’s renewal activity
  • Work closely with HR business Partners to maintain data accuracy/integrity
  • Collaborate with HR business Partners to learn about various HR functions, best practice and how they relate to and can be better supported by the HR system

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous HR role with a focus on i-Trent (HRIS) and analysing data. The successful candidate will be:

  • Proficient in I-Trent
  • Expert in MS suite applications Power Bi, Word, Excel (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential)
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Good organisation and excellent communication skills
  • Good aptitude in data analysis, reporting and data visualization with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data
