About the role: Supports the commercial team to ensure sales targets are met. Responsible for receiving, processing and acknowledging customer orders. Ensuring all requirements are precisely and accurately communicated to the engineering, quality assurance and logistics team to ensure 100% satisfaction against customer expectations. Ownership of order tracking, working with planning team to monitor performance against plan and updating customers on order status with focus on maximizing on-time delivery. Account management activities as required to build and strengthen the supplier-buyer relationship and attract repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing. Checking T&Cs and entry into IQE’s order book
  • Order acknowledgment: Liaising with planning team to ensure timely delivery of order acknowledgements
  • Order Tracking. Management of order book, monitoring on-time delivery, ensuring customers are kept updated on order status
  • Liaising with agents and customers on order-related queries
  • Supporting commercial team in resolution of after sales enquiries
  • Providing administrative support to commercial team
  • Maintaining and updating Salesforce database
  • Preparing, analyzing and communicating daily, weekly and monthly departmental KPI performance
  • Adhering to all internal safety, HR, environmental and quality guidelines & procedures

About you: Sales Administrative work experience is desirable. Computer Literate.
