Moog Aircraft Group sucht einen erfahrenen A&T-Techniker für die Global Sustainment Reparaturstation in Wolverhampton. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Fehlersuche an flugkritischen Aktuatoren, das Erstellen von Prüfberichten und die präzise Montage von Ventilen, Manifolds und/oder Aktuatoren. Du nutzt regelmäßig Messgeräte wie Mikrometer, Messschieber und Höhenmessgeräte zur Inspektion von Bauteilen. Du arbeitest nach technischen Zeichnungen und Wartungshandbüchern, führst Qualitätsprüfungen durch und übernimmst die Verantwortung für verschiedene Aspekte des A&T-Prozesses, einschließlich der Freigabe zur Nutzung von reparierten Aktuatoren. Diese Rolle umfasst eine Arbeitszeit von 37 Stunden pro Woche; Montag bis Donnerstag von 7.30 Uhr bis 16.15 Uhr und Freitag von 7.30 Uhr bis 11.30 Uhr.
Key Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (oder gleichwertige Qualifikation) idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer technischen/produzierenden Rolle, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt oder verwandten Branchen.
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Montage- und Testfertigung.
- Kompetenz im Lesen und Befolgen verschiedener festgelegter Verfahren.
- Erfahrung in einer Reparaturstation innerhalb eines Luftfahrtqualitätssystems ist wünschenswert.
