- Deine Aufgaben
- Du koordinierst alle Standorteinrichtungen, Dienstleistungen und Versorgungsleistungen und sorgst für sichere, gesetzeskonforme und zuverlässige Abläufe nach BASF-Standards.
- Du überwachst die Wartung und Integrität der Gebäude- und Versorgungsinfrastruktur (z.
Elektrik, HVAC, Wasser, Druckluft), planst Inspektionen, Wartungen und Modernisierungen mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Du leitest externe Dienstleister und Verträge (z.
Reinigung, Gelände, mobile Geräte, Inspektionen), sicherst Servicequalität, SLA-Compliance, Kostenkontrolle und löst Probleme effektiv.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Compliance- und Governance-Vorgaben sicher, sorgst für korrekte Dokumentation (Inspektionen, Zertifikate, Berichte, RAMS, Versicherungen) und deren Freigabe vor Arbeitsbeginn.
- Du unterstützt technische Projekte am Standort, arbeitest mit Wartungs- und Ingenieurteams an Versorgungsplanung, Verbesserungen und Störungsbehebung und koordinierst technische Abläufe.
- Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mindestens NVQ Level 3 oder äquivalent), z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechanik, Versorgungsmanagement oder ähnliches.
- Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Standortdienstleistungen, Versorgungsleistungen und Dienstleistern in einem prozesssicherheitsorientierten Produktionsumfeld (DSEAR/ATEX), mit ausgeprägtem Compliance-Bewusstsein.
- Nachweisliche Fähigkeiten im EHS- und Dienstleistermanagement, inklusive PTW-Prozesse, RAMS-Prüfung und Einhaltung von Versicherungs- und Richtlinienvorgaben.
- Sehr gute Organisations-, Planungs- und Terminierungsfähigkeiten, um gesetzliche Inspektionen und Routineleistungen zuverlässig sicherzustellen.
- Sichere Kommunikation, Erfahrung im Management von Service-Level-Agreements, Koordination interner und externer Partner sowie Leistungsüberwachung.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Wartungsmanagement-Software und SAP, solides technisches Verständnis (mechanisch/elektrisch); praktische Wartungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
