Your Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and assembly of components, primarily from stainless steel
  • Layout, cutting, fitting, and tacking various assemblies using the TIG process
  • Inspection of manufactured parts according to quality inspection reports
  • Complete welding of assemblies
  • Working within very tight tolerances of +/- 0.2mm

Your Profile:

  • Experience in welding and manufacturing with tight tolerances (+/- 0.2mm)
  • Knowledge of working with various materials such as Mu-metal, aluminium, stainless steel, and copper
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience with specific and precise measuring tools
  • Positive attitude and professional teamwork
  • ONC/HNC (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent experience)
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Experience in TIG welding, ideally in the construction of vacuum chambers or similar components
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is an advantage
