Deine Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeit an Fertigungsprojekten, inklusive Datenmanagement und Analyse mit Excel
- Arbeiten im CRM-System, Nachverfolgung von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
- ERP-Aufgaben wie Teilenummern- und Projekteingabe sowie Ansprechpartner für zugewiesene ERP-Projekte
- Direkte Kundenkommunikation
- Hochladen von ISO-Dokumenten, Zuweisung von Schulungen und Organisation von Unterlagen
