Als Produktionsmitarbeiter bist du für die Herstellung von Produkten durch den Betrieb von Anlagen gemäß den Standardarbeitsanweisungen und sicheren Arbeitsabläufen des Unternehmens verantwortlich.
Was dich erwartet:
- Einhaltung des BASF Responsible Care Management Systems und der britischen EHS-Gesetzgebung zu jeder Zeit
- Überwachung des SCADA-Steuerungssystems, Interpretation von Prozessdaten und entsprechenden Anpassungen
- Durchführung von Raffinations- und Abfüllarbeiten sowie Tankfüllungen nach Bedarf
- Arbeiten nach cGMP, Dokumentation und Überwachung der Produktions- und Testprozesse
- Verbesserung und Erhaltung der Anlagenstandards, einschließlich Dokumentation nach Lean-Prinzipien
- Befolgung definierter Verfahren und Checklisten, um die Anlage sauber, ordentlich und sicher zu halten
- Die Produktion läuft rund um die Uhr. Gearbeitet wird in 5 Schichtteams mit folgendem Muster: 2 x 12,5 h Tag, 2 x 12,5 h Nacht, dann 4 Tage frei. Dies wiederholt sich 3-mal, gefolgt von 10 Tagen frei.
Was du mitbringst:
- Idealerweise SVQ Level 3 oder gleichwertige Qualifikation/Erfahrung in einem Produktions-, Technik- oder Verfahrenstechnikumfeld
- Ein Staplerschein ist wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse der cGMP-Anforderungen, Arbeitserlaubnis und Risikobewertungen sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Windows und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Software einzuarbeiten
