Koordination der ausgehenden Logistik, Organisation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern, Transportunternehmen und Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenaufträge zeitgerecht bearbeitet und ausgeliefert werden.
End-to-End-Management der Kundenaufträge: Sicherstellung der korrekten und zeitnahen Bearbeitung im SAP-System, einschließlich Auftragserfassung, Versand, Rechnungsstellung und Kontrolle, Erstellung von Gutschriften/Lastschriften sowie Buchung und Nachverfolgung des Versands.
Untersuchung und Lösung logistischer Probleme in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern. Überwachung und korrekte Durchführung aller relevanten SAP-Transaktionen, administrativen Aufgaben und Dokumente für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem, inkl. Unterlagen für Zollabfertigung, Transport und internen Gebrauch.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem UK-Exportteam für Steuereinsparungen und Zollverfahren bei Exporten; Einreichung aller erforderlichen Unterlagen für internationale Sendungen bei britischen Behörden (Rohstoffe und Fertigprodukte). Untersuchung und Lösung logistischer Abweichungen mit der Qualitätssicherung.
Was du mitbringst:
- Bevorzugt ein Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation/Erfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik oder Supply Chain.
- Gutes Verständnis logistischer Prozesse und Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain und/oder Logistik.
- Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion nach cGMP ist wünschenswert.
- Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen und Lagerbetrieb ist von Vorteil.
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein großer Vorteil.
- Serviceorientierung, gute Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Entscheidungsfreude unter Druck sowie Lernbereitschaft und Entwicklungswille.
