Location: The head office base in Knowsley, Liverpool. There will be a requirement to travel to various site locations.
Salary: £47,500 to £52,000 DOE + further benefits including (Company van & fuel card).
Contract: Full time, Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 Hours (8am - 4pm).

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for underground cable laying, jointing, terminations and connections!
In addition to this, as our Mains Jointer you will be responsible for:
- Jointing and Terminations connections (Prysmian, Tyco Nexan, Cellpack, Sicame)
- Cable laying
- Fault finding
- Completion of test certificates
- Adherence to IQA, Client and DNO Safety Rules
- Following IQA SHEQ Processes and Procedures, demonstrating leadership skills through communication and coordination of work and personal approach to health, safety and environmental obligations.
- Ensuring safety from the system for IQA personnel, members of the public and other companies
- Following the Live Working Practices of DNOs
- Highlighting any issues which may affect compliance with the client/IQA SHEQ requirements or legislation
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Current driving licence
- Site safety certificate
- COMPACOMPAPSP - R5AWP-01, 02, 03 & 04
- Competent in completion of Risk Assessment and the ability to understand Method Statement and safe sequence of operations.
