About the Role and what you will be doing:

We are currently seeking an Electrical Improver to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Electrician with the installation and maintenance of DNO (Distribution Network Operator) Electricity Distribution Systems in multi-occupancy buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and gain valuable experience in a supportive, team oriented environment.

You will work under the direction of the lead Electrician, following detailed instructions to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for contributing to the team's overall performance and safety while adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of electrical cable tray systems.
  • Support with cable installation and termination.
  • Help install 3-phase distribution boards.
  • Complete necessary safety documentation, such as risk assessments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Operate within your authorisations and work under the guidance of the lead Electrician.
  • Follow clear instructions and collaborate as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
