We need a commercially driven sales leader to own our growth strategy, win new business, and build a high-performing team that takes us to the next level.

The opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a senior commercial role with genuine influence over the direction of the business. What you'll do

  • Lead new business development — proactively identify, pursue and convert new clients across the commercial and public sectors.
  • Build and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with our ambitious growth targets.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from first contact through to close.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage, mentor and grow a small sales team — setting clear targets, providing coaching, and creating a culture of accountability and success.
  • Work closely with the wider business to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional client experience.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline health and market activity to senior leadership.

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within office furniture, interiors, or a related commercial environment.
  • Demonstrable experience winning new business — not just managing existing accounts.

  • Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and translate it into day-to-day actions.
