As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll make sure our students always feel at home. No two days are the same — you might be:
- Showing prospective students and their families around the site
- Managing parcels and post
- Logging maintenance requests
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Organising social events
- Handling customer complaints with care
- Supporting students with rent arrears in a proactive way
