iQ Student Accommodation is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our site-based team in London. You’ll carry out minor repairs across our student accommodation sites, tackle reactive maintenance such as plumbing and painting, and help keep our facilities compliant with policies.
You’ll work rotating shifts within 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday with some weekend work, enjoy a collaborative, student-focused environment, and benefit from a clear career path and ongoing upskilling
