Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for digital and web performance? At iQ Student Accommodation, we’re looking for a Digital and Web Marketing Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. This is your chance to shape the future of our digital strategy, optimise conversion rates, and drive measurable ROI across our channels. This is a pivotal role for someone who’s equal parts analytical thinker and strategic storyteller, someone who can dive deep into data and find meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Mining and structuring large datasets across all digital channels
- Owning and evolving our tagging, tracking, and attribution frameworks
- Driving CRO through experimentation, heatmaps, and user journey diagnostics
- Future-proofing measurement with server-side tagging, conversion APIs, and consent-aware tracking
- Collaborating with BI teams to build powerful dashboards and performance reports
- Influencing stakeholders with strategic thinking and data storytelling
- IT and Revenue Management teams
- Our Systems and BI teams
- External website and analytics agency partners
- Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM (Web & Server-Side), and mobile analytics tools
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms (e.g. VWO)
- A strong grasp of cookieless attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM
- Familiarity with conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API)
- Confidence in working with first-party data, event schemas, and identity resolution
- Skills in Power BI and performance reporting across digital channels
- A collaborative mindset to work with internal teams and external agency partners
