As a Senior Sales Executive, you play a key role in driving direct bookings by converting high‑intent enquiries that sit outside of our e‑commerce and agent channels. With 2‑3 years' sales experience, you'll be a confident presence within the team, owning your pipeline, leading by example, and helping deliver an exceptional experience for every prospective student. You’ll work closely with site teams, agents and internal partners to deliver high‑quality tours, strong follow‑up and personalised engagement across every touchpoint. You'll champion best‑practice conversion, support junior colleagues, and help continuously improve how we sell at iQ.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and converting direct domestic leads through proactive, personalised sales engagement
- Managing your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow‑up and strong conversion
- Acting as a role model within the team, supporting and coaching less experienced colleagues
- Handling inbound sales calls and emails, setting a high standard for responsiveness and quality
- Coordinating virtual and in‑person tours with site teams to deliver compelling viewing experiences
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring strong data hygiene, compliance and funnel progression
- Building strong local knowledge to enhance conversations and customer confidence
- Working closely with agent partners to support effective representation of iQ
- Using feedback, insight and Mystery Shopper outcomes to continuously improve sales performance
- 2‑3 years' experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of converting high‑intent leads
