You’ll be at the centre of our reporting and analytics journey, shaping solutions, supporting our BI strategy, and unlocking the full potential of our data to make a real impact across the business.You’ll have the chance to make a real impact, grow your skills, and help shape the future of BI at iQ.Key Responsibilities : Designing, developing and optimising Power BI reports and dashboards that bring our data to life

Working with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions

Maintaining and enhancing our Microsoft Fabric BI platform to ensure performance and reliability

Supporting BI projects and proof‑of‑concepts that test, learn and deliver real business value

Mentoring colleagues and helping to grow BI capability across the organisation

Driving insight that influences conversations and decisions at every level of iQ

Skills and Experience : You’re passionate about data and how it can shape the future of a business. You’ll bring : Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modelling

Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud‑based BI solutions

Solid SQL skills and knowledge of ETL / ELT design

A background in business analysis, with the ability to spot opportunities and tell the story behind the numbers

Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels, translating complex data into clear insight
