We're looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People team, playing a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and people‑focused experience for our iQers. In this role, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring our processes run efficiently and our people receive a high‑quality, consistent experience from day one. Acting as a first point of contact for people‑related queries, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting the wider People team across payroll, data and advisory activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and leavers, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
  • Maintaining and updating people systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times
  • Acting as a first point of contact for People queries, resolving efficiently or escalating where needed
  • Managing the case management system, allocating and responding to requests within agreed SLAs
  • Ensuring right to work and DBS checks are completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
  • Supporting onboarding activity, including new joiner engagement and delivering first day inductions
  • Working closely with Payroll to ensure all employee changes are processed accurately and on time
  • Supporting employee engagement activity, including administration of surveys and follow‑up actions
  • Raising and managing purchase orders and general People team administration
  • Keeping up to date with legislative changes and supporting updates to processes and documentation
  • Contributing to wider People projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a busy HR or administrative environment
  • Confident communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using HR systems (iTrent desirable) and MS Office
  • Working towards CIPD (desirable)

We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
