We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Comms team. You’ll help deliver the campaigns and activations that drive our leasing performance, strengthen our brand and shape the experience of thousands of students across the UK. This is a role for someone who loves juggling projects, spotting opportunities, and bringing ideas to life, all while keeping a close eye on performance and detail. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Specialist and Regional teams to plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns across the UK and internationally. Your work will help us attract new students, engage current residents and amplify the iQ brand in smart, creative ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering local, national and international campaigns
  • Producing campaign collateral and ensuring it lands brilliantly on site
  • Supporting email and SMS comms planning with our Email Marketing Specialist
  • Building campaign guides and decks for site teams, and partnering with Internal Comms to ensure clarity
  • Working with Regional Managers to plan events, university fairs and local activations
  • Reporting on campaign performance and sharing insights with the wider team
  • Keeping our marketing calendar up to date with spend and performance stats
Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Creative, curious and confident writing briefs and shaping campaign ideas
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and using insights to improve campaigns
  • Experience in student accommodation, hospitality, retail or travel is a bonus, as is familiarity with GA4, PowerBI or automated email journeys - but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
