As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by attracting, converting and retaining customers across the UK. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead acquisition and retention marketing through partnerships, customer communications and regional activity, working closely with Regional Managers, site teams and key partners. You’ll balance strategic thinking with delivery, using insight and data to optimise performance and elevate the iQ brand experience at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver and optimise customer acquisition campaigns through existing and new channel partners, ensuring activity is commercially effective and locally relevant.
  • Identify, assess and onboard new local, national and international partnerships, working closely with senior stakeholders to maximise reach and ROI.
  • Lead customer marketing across the lifecycle, including Refer-a-Friend, Rebooker, Win-Back and key seasonal campaigns.
  • Own the customer communications journey from booking to move‑out, driving engagement, rebookings and advocacy.
  • Deliver and continually improve customer experience initiatives such as Best Welcome and Leave on a High.
  • Act as the marketing business partner to Regional Managers and GMs, supporting on‑the‑ground activity that drives enquiries, bookings and brand visibility.
  • Deliver regional marketing activity including campus events, OOH, site signage and tactical activations.
  • Use insight and data to inform campaign development, reporting regularly on performance and opportunities to improve.
  • Ensure marketing governance, brand standards and data protection requirements are met.
  • Line-manage two Marketing Specialists, manage suppliers and deliver all agreed activity within budget.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience across customer acquisition, partnerships, engagement, retention and communications in a multi-channel marketing environment.
  • Demonstrable success in identifying, onboarding and growing high-performing marketing partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and how to apply it across the customer journey to drive demand and improve experience.
  • Confident working with data, analytics tools.

We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location. This role will require some national travel out to sites as well.
