Our site-based housekeeping teams are key players in the team and are positive individuals who love to make our sites look the best they can for our students!

Being a Housekeeper means making sure our buildings really feel like home for our students. You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas such as cinema rooms, study areas and social spaces. Attention to detail and creating safe, tidy and clean spaces is a key part of this role.

No two days are ever the same, but you'll be part of an iQ family that will always have your back.

  • You won't mind rolling your sleeves up and will have a can-do attitude.
  • You'll have some cleaning or housekeeping experience, which could be in a hospitality or residential setting, however, we're much more interested in you and what you can bring to iQ.

Working hours

Our residents come first, so we work around their needs. Your shift pattern will be confirmed at least six weeks in advance and may vary across a six‐week cycle. You'll work within our operating hours of 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work agreed in advance for busy periods or open days.
