i Q Student Accommodation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure residents feel at home by carrying out minor repairs across our sites and engaging with students to brighten their day.
You’ll tackle reactive maintenance including plumbing, joinery or painting and decorating, carry out compliance checks, and stay up to date with policies and procedures.
Working hours are 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work.
