Our site-based Maintenance teams are bursting with a can-do attitude and are problem solvers who just love to make people's day. Here's a bit about the role:

  • Carrying out minor repairs across our sites
  • Tackling reactive maintenance such as plumbing, joinery or painting and decorating
  • Completing compliance checks and keeping up to date with policies and procedures
  • Interacting with students and helping make their day a little better

You'll have some experience either in maintenance or as a general builder/labourer.

Working hours: Our residents come first, so we work around their needs. Your shift pattern will be confirmed at least six weeks in advance and may vary across a six‑week cycle. You’ll work within our operating hours of 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work agreed in advance for busy periods or open days.
