This role covers both our Bristol and Water Lane House sites. As a Maintenance Technician you will carry out minor repairs, respond to reactive maintenance (plumbing, joinery, painting & decorating), complete compliance checks and keep up to date with policies and procedures. You will also interact with students to make their everyday life more comfortable and be part of a supportive team that values a can-do attitude.

We are looking for a positive, team-player who thrives in a get-stuff-done environment. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves, have a drive to get the job done to a high standard, possess strong communication skills and have experience in maintenance or as a general builder/labourer.

Working hours: Our residents come first, so we work around their needs. Your shift pattern will be confirmed at least six weeks in advance and may vary across a six-week cycle. You will work within our operating hours of 8 am–8 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work agreed in advance for busy periods or open days.
