Key Responsibilities
- Month end and reporting
- Assist team with various balance sheet reconciliations, including support with investigating monthly variances.
- Working alongside the wider team to prepare month-end accruals and prepayments for Propco and Holdco Companies.
- Assist team with bank reconciliations across Propco and Holdco Companies.
- Accounting and general support
- Support with BCL and ONS reporting.
- Assist team with quarterly management company reporting.
- Running audit reports and helping to provide information for the external auditors.
- Assistance with Statutory and Group year-end process.
- Approving internal transfer payments.
- Building cross finance relationships (helping with support on requests from other teams such as tax and treasury).
- Completing ad-hoc work as directed by the line manager.
Skills and Experience
- Good attention to detail, methodical and takes pride in work.
- Self-starter with an organised and proactive approach.
- Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet multiple deadlines and multi-task, using initiative to prioritise.
