We're looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team. You'll be at the centre of our reporting and analytics journey, shaping solutions, supporting our BI strategy, and unlocking the full potential of our data to make a real impact across the business. Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing and optimising Power BI reports and dashboards that bring our data to life
- Working with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions
- Maintaining and enhancing our Microsoft Fabric BI platform to ensure performance and reliability
- Supporting BI projects and proofâofâconcepts that test, learn and deliver real business value
- Mentoring colleagues and helping to grow BI capability across the organisation
- Driving insight that influences conversations and decisions at every level of iQ
- You're passionate about data and how it can shape the future of a business. You'll bring:
- Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modelling
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloudâbased BI solutions
- Solid SQL skills and knowledge of ETL/ELT design
- A background in business analysis, with the ability to spot opportunities and tell the story behind the numbers
- Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels, translating complex data into clear insight
