Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Legal team with day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with external co-sec providers and assist with setting up board meetings and taking minutes.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the company's database of documents.
  • Undertake all duties of a legal administrative nature as required, including running the monthly legal invoicing and weekly contract sign-off processes.
  • Engage with external counsel where appropriate.
  • Foster strong working relationships across iQ.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working at a law firm or in-house as a paralegal is essential.

Skills and Experience:

  • A natural and proactive organiser, with an ability to stay on top of a significant number of documents and matters.
  • Comfortable operating in a live, dynamic environment.
  • Strong collegiate skills, being able to work with all levels of the iQ team.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage workload and work within tight deadlines, and an ability to work and prioritise matters systematically and methodically.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of communication with the legal team and stakeholders.
  • Superior attention to detail, with a willingness to take ownership to get the details right.

Location: We have adopted a hybrid working approach with three days a week in our fabulous office in London Bridge and other days working from home.
