We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting to the FP&A Manager. This role sits at the heart of iQ, supporting the delivery of our annual budget and driving performance insight, partnering closely with teams across the business from Operations to Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budget and in‑year forecasting process across the full P&L, coordinating inputs and ensuring assumptions are accurate.
  • Maintain and enhance the Anaplan planning model, driving continuous improvement and developing into a finance super‑user.
  • Produce monthly management reporting.
