Sitting within our Group Reporting team and reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this role is all about partnering with our central corporate functions - Legal, IT, HR, Marketing & Comms, to deliver financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll be a key player in driving efficiency, improving financial controls, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our month-end close and annual audit processes. Key Responsibilities:- Month-End & Reporting
- Prepare and post journals, reconcile key accounts, and deliver detailed P&L analysis
- Produce internal finance reports and contribute to board packs
- Partner with FP&A to deliver timely variance analysis and commentary
- Ensure the integrity of the general ledger across multiple entities
- Drive improvements in cost management and reporting standards
- Lead the annual budget process for corporate cost centres
- Coordinate reforecasts and consolidate inputs for senior leadership
- Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance audit delivery
- Collaborate with key internal teams and our offshore finance support in India
- Act as a role model for iQ’s values and behaviours
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for financial storytelling
- Proven experience in month-end close, budgeting, and audit support
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
