We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Capital Projects team, supporting construction, refurbishment and building improvement projects across our UK portfolio. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, you’ll help keep projects on track by supporting reporting, procurement, payments and contract administration. This is a fast‑paced, varied role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring strong commercial control and smooth project delivery.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly commercial and project reports, providing accurate updates on financial performance and progress.
- Maintaining up‑to‑date project information and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed.
- Managing purchase orders and supporting procurement activity across multiple projects.
- Acting as a key point of coordination for supplier invoices and payment applications, ensuring these are processed in line with contractual terms.
- Tracking project costs, payments and final accounts, helping to ensure strong financial control.
- Supporting the administration of contracts, including notices, instructions and key documentation.
- Working closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Supporting the monitoring of supply chain performance and key commercial metrics.
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support project delivery.
Experience in an administrative, commercial or construction support role is required, along with confidence working with systems such as purchase order platforms (e.g. Yardi or SAP). Experience in construction, surveying or facilities-related environments is desirable. Awareness of commercial processes and health & safety requirements is also important.
We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
