Customer Service Advisor in Bristol

Responsibilities

• Show prospective students and their families around the site
• Manage parcels and post
• Log maintenance requests
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Organise social events
• Handle customer complaints with care
• Support students with rent arrears in a proactive way
• And through it all, you\’ll be part of the iQ family – a team that always has your back

Qualifications

We’re looking for a positive team player who thrives in a “get‑stuff‑done” environment. You\’ll roll up your sleeves, bring fresh ideas for our students, and communicate brilliantly.

Customer service experience is helpful – whether in a bar, hotel, gym, shop, or anywhere you\’ve worked with people – but what matters most are your people skills, persomality and potential.
