i Q Student Accommodation is looking for an Assistant Manager to act as the second-in-command at a site.

You will support the General Manager, blend day-to-day operations with hands-on leadership, and ensure residents receive a consistently high standard of service across the building.

You’ll help drive a full occupancy target, nurture strong relationships with university partners, and lead initiatives to improve guest experience, debt oversight, inspections, and leasing activity.
