You'll be part of our Group Reporting team, working closely with the Treasury Manager and supporting the day-to-day running of our Treasury function. It's a hands-on role that keeps our cash, bank accounts and liquidity running smoothly across the Group, while maintaining strong controls and supporting key reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash balances, movements and upcoming requirements.
- Calculate and circulate the Group's daily cash position.
- Manage short-term liquidity and surplus cash.
- Track the 13-week liquidity forecast against actuals.
- Arrange funding for the capital investment programme, including drawdown calculations.
- Monitor cash concentrations and recommend movements to minimise idle balances and exposure.
- Build a strong understanding of cash management processes, including waterfalls and facility requirements.
- Review bank account structures and related banking costs.
- Governance & Reporting
- Maintain effective controls and ensure compliance with Treasury policies and debt facilities.
- Maintain and update Treasury processes and procedures.
- Support disaster recovery testing.
- Prepare Treasury inputs for month-end reporting.
- Provide information for financial statements and audit requests.
- Assist with covenant reporting and other debt facility obligations.
- Other Treasury Activities
- Manage bank account records, mandates and administration.
- Oversee the Group's card payments platform, including regular reporting.
- Support day-to-day Treasury operations to ensure the business has appropriate facilities in place.
- Maintain the Treasury Management System (Kyriba), ensuring accurate data and activity records.
- Experience in a corporate treasury back- or middle-office role (typically 3+ years).
- Working towards or holding an Accounting or Treasury qualification.
- Strong experience in complex cash management and knowledge of debt waterfalls.
- Experience with electronic banking and Treasury systems (Kyriba beneficial).
- Understanding of merchant payment arrangements is a plus.
This role is based in our London Bridge office. We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
