We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead how we attract, engage and hire exceptional people across iQ. This is a high-impact role, responsible for shaping and delivering a scalable, cost-effective recruitment strategy that supports our growth and long-term people ambitions. Working closely with the People team and Hiring Managers, you'll drive high-quality hiring outcomes, ensuring we attract candidates who not only bring the right skills, but who truly embody what it means to be an iQer. You'll also play a key role in championing our employer brand “It's an iQ Thing” ensuring a consistent, engaging candidate experience across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment across Head Office, while supporting site hiring through the Talent Acquisition Executive
- Developing and delivering sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to provide insight, challenge and support throughout the hiring process
- Designing and embedding effective, values-based selection and assessment approaches
- Owning and optimising recruitment systems and processes, driving continuous improvement
- Managing agency partnerships to ensure quality, value and efficiency
- Overseeing recruitment budgets, reporting and performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Ensuring resourcing plans align with key operational peaks across the business
- Championing inclusive hiring practices and ensuring compliance with legislation and GDPR
- Leading, coaching and developing the Talent Acquisition Executive
- Upskilling Hiring Managers to strengthen recruitment capability across iQ
Skills and Experience:
- You're a confident and credible Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a multi-site or fast-growing business
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Experience using recruitment systems (ideally iTrent or similar) and leveraging data to drive decisions
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
