We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help boost iQ's organic performance across SEO, Social Search and emerging AI/LLM opportunities. If you enjoy blending data, content and technical know-how to make a measurable impact, you'll feel right at home here.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our SEO agency on day-to-day delivery, including technical SEO, content optimisation and performance reporting.
- Support the Digital Product team by helping prioritise SEO-related tickets and ensuring best-practice onsite optimisation.
- Feed keyword insights, user-intent analysis and SEO-informed briefs into our content plans.
- Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Spot technical SEO issues, raise them with developers or partners, and see fixes through to completion.
- Support the development of our AI/LLM-optimised search strategy with our SEO agency.
- Stay close to shifts in search behaviour — including GenAI surfaces and social search trends on TikTok and Meta.
- Help our social agency roll out our Social Search strategy.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports across organic channels, sharing KPIs, insights and recommendations.
- Use a data-driven approach to support testing and continuous optimisation.
- Get involved in ad-hoc analysis and wider digital marketing projects.
- Support with email automation development and maintenance through our CRM platform.
- Strong interest in SEO, search behaviour and AI-driven search technologies.
- Confidence working with data and translating it into clear insights.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of keyword research, content optimisation and on-page best practice.
- Awareness of AEO/LLM trends and evolving search landscapes.
