The Revenue Management Analyst has day-to-day responsibility for Pricing and Yield activities at iQ, and for managing the acquisition funnel for all “Direct Let” rooms in the portfolio. Responsible for ensuring that our rooms are sold for their optimal price and at the right time in the booking cycle, with the correct configuration and through the right channels.

- Setting the initial prices and arranging room configurations on an annual basis
- Responsible for recommending and managing changes to room pricing during the booking cycle
