About the role: The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our Performance & Development systems, providing essential P&D support to all iQers, generating regular and ad hoc reports, responding to queries and ensuring that all P&D activity across iQ runs smoothly. The individual will also be a key team member of the wider People Team with excellent exposure to the wider People and P&D agenda.
