The role is focused on developing new student enrolments and promoting Adcote School for Girls and Myddelton College.
This role focuses on increasing student enrolments and promoting two of our prestigious schools in the region:
- Adcote School for Girls (Shropshire, England): A leading day and boarding school for girls aged 7–18, with a strong academic tradition and focus on personal development.
- Myddelton College (North Wales): A co-educational day and boarding school for students aged 4–18, offering a dynamic British curriculum, outdoor education, and advanced technology in a stunning historic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Adcote School and Myddelton College through outreach and marketing in the given region.
- Liaise with students, parents, agents, and schools, and manage all stages of the admissions process.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Organise recruitment events, including interviews and placement tests.
- Maintain and manage student records using CRM (HubSpot), and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Admissions and Marketing, to ensure a smooth student journey.
- Attend education fairs and recruitment events (some evenings and weekends required).
- Travel internationally to represent the schools at key recruitment events and build relationships with partners.
- Meet or exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
- Help improve recruitment processes to stay competitive in the UK boarding school market.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success in international student recruitment or sales.

- Understanding of school admissions processes.
- Connections with education agents in the region.
- Familiarity with the UK independent school system.
