Role Objective: We are on the lookout for a driven and experienced leader to step into the role of Vice President, Ticketing & Concert Operations . This is a pivotal position within our Concerts & Touring team, responsible for overseeing end-to-end touring operations across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the SVP Concerts & Touring, you’ll lead the Promoter Operations, Ticketing, and Tour Accounting teams. You’ll also work cross-functionally with internal departments including Marketing, Production, Commercial, and Logistics to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and forward planning. Success in this role requires deep expertise in ticketing, strong commercial acumen, and a sharp eye for process improvement. You’ll bring a steady hand to high-pressure situations, lead large and geographically dispersed teams, and help shape the long-term vision of our touring business. What you’ll be doing: Touring Operations Oversight: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and wrap of all concert tours across ANZ, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery. Team Leadership & Alignment: Manage Promoter Operations, Ticketing, and Tour Accounting teams, aligning workflows and deliverables across departments. Strategic Ticketing Initiatives: Develop and implement dynamic pricing, presale coordination, and inventory strategies to maximise revenue. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use fan demand, sales trends, and market analysis to shape release schedules, access programs, and ticketing tactics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams to streamline tour delivery. Resource Planning: Anticipate workload peaks and align team resources to meet touring demands efficiently. Industry & Partner Relations: Represent Live Nation with professionalism, building strong relationships with venues, agents, and managers. People Development: Build, coach, and retain a high-performing, geographically dispersed team; lead with transparency, consistency, and regular feedback. Process Improvement: Review and refine tour operations workflows to drive best practice across all facets of concert delivery. Strategic Growth Focus: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape mid-to-long-term goals for the concert and touring business.
