- Supervise load-ins, setups, and de-rigs to ensure technical standards and safety procedures are upheld.
- Schedule work programmes for technical staff and contractors, ensuring appropriate resources are in place.
- Monitor and maintain technical stock levels, including consumables, seating parts, tools and equipment.
- Assist with the populating of rotas and schedules for Technical Managers and Operatives.
- Help deliver the planned maintenance schedule, coordinating and tracking repair work and asset care.
- Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place and followed across all technical activities.
- Maintain tidy and organised storage areas across the whole SEC campus.
- Raise purchase orders and track spend in line with departmental processes.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional event delivery.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in live event technical operations or venue production management.
- A solid understanding of event production requirements, including rigging, staging and AV.
- Confident in supervising crews and communicating with clients and contractors.
- Well-organised, with experience using planning systems and coordinating resources.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to live events and technical environments.
- Positive, adaptable and solution-oriented – with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
Join us and become part of a passionate team behind some of the UK’s biggest and most exciting live entertainment events.
