About The Business
Sieger Systems is a specialist glazing business delivering bespoke, high-performance architectural and aluminium glazing systems. We design, manufacture, and install everything from structural glass walls and bespoke door systems to slim-sightline, engineered glazing solutions for residential and commercial projects. Known for our fast lead times and highly tailored project support, Sieger Systems works closely with architects, builders and homeowners to deliver technically demanding glazing with confidence and precision. Sieger Systems is part of the IQ Glass Group, the UK’s leading specialist residential and architectural glazing company. Together, we combine technical excellence with a consultative approach to help bring ambitious design concepts to life. Our glazing systems feature in prestigious developments across the UK and regularly appear on television programmes including Grand Designs and Amazing Homes.
At Sieger Systems you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team known for its high standards, innovative solutions and ability to react quickly to customer needs across the bespoke construction and glazing sector.
The Role
This is an all-encompassing sales role, allowing for a passionate self-starter to manage the sales process from end to end, dealing with architects, builders, and homeowners, advising them on glazing systems and designs to help offer a high-end bespoke solution to their glazing needs.
As a Junior Sales Executive at Sieger Systems you will:
- Draft and issue accurate, competitive quotations for bespoke glazing projects, ensuring clear pricing, and detailed technical specifications.
- Build customer relationships, both in person and over the phone with architects, contractors, and end clients across the Southwest of the UK.
- Hit and exceed sales targets, proactively identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market share in a fast-moving bespoke construction environment.
- Support relationship management by tracking enquiries, following up leads and ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate internally with technical, estimating and operations teams to ensure commercial and delivery alignment.
- Represent Sieger Systems at client meetings and site visits, supporting consultative selling and specification advice.
You’ll be a key contributor to commercial growth in one of the most dynamic regions we serve, working across both remote and face-to-face customer engagement.
About you
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has 1–2 years’ sales experience, not necessarily in construction or glazing, but this would be advantageous.
- Is confident with customer engagement, whether over the phone, via email or in face-to-face meetings.
- Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to use Excel is particularly important for pricing analysis, tracking leads and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.
- Understands or is keen to learn construction terminology and processes related to glazing, façades and architectural builds.
- Is proactive, organised and target-driven, with a natural curiosity and commercial mindset.
