THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role, working across the marketing and sales team to strengthen our relationships with existing clients as well as develop new relationships with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for key client communication, relationship management and new client development. You will:
- Maintain regular and professional communication with existing clients, ensuring we are aware of all their project requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and private clients.
- Negotiate partnerships with various companies for future secure revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create project proposals for potential projects, using tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for a target driven individual with experience in business development, ideally within the construction, glazing, or architectural sectors. You will need:
- To be a collaborative team player.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for design and innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
