Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer to join our Jersey based Private Wealth team. In this role, you will leverage your strong trust administration skills, industry knowledge, and ability to work under pressure to support your clients and contribute to your team\’s success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage a broad range of trust administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency for our global clientele
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring financial administration meets high standards
  • Support senior leadership in the daily management of private client portfolios, always upholding company policies
  • Stay vigilant with compliance, reporting any risk concerns or suspicious activity in line with regulatory requirements
  • Help drive operational improvements by sharing thoughtful feedback and contributing to smarter, streamlined processes

  • You’ve earned an ICSA or STEP Diploma—or hold another relevant certification—demonstrating your technical excellence in trust and company administration
  • You actively pursue Continued Professional Development, keeping your skills fresh and aligned with industry trends
  • You possess strong knowledge of Jersey’s finance sector, giving you the edge in navigating complex trust structures and regulations
  • You bring outstanding trust administration expertise, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality client outcomes
  • You understand fiduciary responsibilities deeply and uphold them with integrity, discretion, and a client-first mindset.
