In this leadership role, you\'ll be at the forefront of fostering a client service mentality and a strong business development culture within the team. By personally embodying the company\'s cultural values, you\'ll inspire and guide your team to achieve excellence.

What you\'ll do

  • Take personal responsibility for a high-value Client Portfolio, ensuring all business KPIs are effectively managed and achieved
  • Oversee the administration of client entities within the portfolio, focusing on quality of service and profitability
  • Manage the team\'s commercial objectives, including revenue targets, billable utilisation rates, and cash collections
  • Provide technical support to team members and oversee complex client transactions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management processes.

Qualifications
  • ICSA or ACCA qualified, or relevant professional qualification
  • Previous relevant industry experience in Fund Services
  • Excellent understanding of relevant laws, duties, and best practices in Fund Administration
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of related jurisdictions\' laws and taxation impacts on Fund structures.
