Reports to: A Director of Compliance Consulting

What You\’ll Do –

  • The Principal Consultant will motivate and lead, responsible for developing client relationships and overseeing junior colleagues.
  • Deliver compliance monitoring assessments, review policies and procedures, prepare reports and manuals, and provide compliance advice to clients.
  • Possess business acumen to identify opportunities for service growth and business development.
  • Manage a portfolio of firms, conduct CRM meetings, address client feedback, and ensure market-leading support.
  • Be a team-oriented individual aiming to advance in a fast-growing business line.
  • Provide regulatory advice and solutions, update clients on regulatory changes, draft compliance documentation, and establish policies and procedures.
  • Design risk-based monitoring programs, conduct onsite compliance visits, and produce reports.
  • Build and develop client relationships, oversee compliance programs, and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Review complex client work, support projects and initiatives, supervise junior staff, and develop strategic plans for service expansion.
  • Collaborate across departments, represent the company at industry events, and conduct risk assessments to improve practices.
