You will support the monitoring and oversight of a portfolio of Appointed Representatives (ARs), helping to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal monitoring frameworks. This is a detail-oriented role where you will work closely with internal teams and ARs to complete monitoring reviews, maintain accurate records, and support effective risk management processes.

What you'll do:

  • You will manage the quarterly allocation and follow-up of AR Monitoring Questionnaires across your portfolio of Appointed Representatives.
  • You will review monitoring documentation, complete testing against regulatory requirements, and identify any risks, issues, or escalations.
  • You will prepare detailed quarterly monitoring reports, documenting findings, follow-up actions, and areas requiring escalation.
  • You will maintain accurate and well-organised records, ensuring all documentation and monitoring activities meet quality assurance standards.
  • You will support the implementation of Firm and Group policies and procedures while contributing to effective AR oversight and compliance monitoring activities.

Qualifications:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
  • You have excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
